Kamaels overall are a headache to go against in open world pvp as its hard even to catch them as they have high speed and teleport, but main imbalance is Soulhound buff steal. it should work as debuff, so it steals buffs but just for certain time - for example - 1 min and after that these buffs should go back.

Why ?

1. SB can just slowly drain buffs with no consequences and if you are flagged you cannot do anything if you are small group.

2. SB farms with box Warlords, steals buffs for pole and goes to pull huge packs in pagan temple or other high zones which is a bit op i would say, as you can pick SB , get some boxes like WL or what ever for self buffs and you don't even need a party to get these boosts.
